HB2’s Farewell Party

So this is it! The last party for HB2 before the few of us (including me) are flying to Aussie.

In the afternoon we met up together at The Curves and went to Sakae Sushi for some awesome Japanese food. This time, I refrained myself from eating Unagi again. Instead, I opted for Terriyaki Chicken rice which was equally savory.

After that, we went into The Curves (Sakae Sushi is located at The Street),

And to Tesco to buy stuffs for the party later.

After we went inside Tesco something peculiar to me happened. As I love to hang my camera on my neck during outings (so that I can take pictures instantly when anything special happens), a female security guard approached me and, while pointing at my camera, warned me that I can not take any pictures in Tesco. I simply replied positively and went away. This left me thinking, for what reason on Earth that I shouldn’t take a picture in Tesco? It’s not like they have some mind-boggling design or any sort of confidential information. I was like WTF when the female guard warned me about it. Damn, I didn’t even take a picture in Tesco. Who would want to take photos in such an uninteresting place?

As Saturday is “no plastic-bag day” we actually took the trolley (way) out of Tesco’s perimeter and brought it out to roadside where we waited for Hooi Sann’s car.

After waiting for an aeon she finally arrived and we loaded the stuffs into her car. It was around 5:10 p.m and we all headed to my house in separate cars.

We all reached my house at around 5:30 p.m and we promptly prepared our foods. Minced meat, prawn head, onion, garlic, pasta, macaroni, butter, cucumber… etc. The kitchen was like a warzone and everyone was walking in and out quickly.

Gabby brought her floating mattress and beach ball too. It was one of a hell to inflate the mattress:

This definitely won’t work.

Believe me, the float was very hard to climb as it was extremely slippery.

Then Vincent jumped into the pool and created a big splash:

When dinner was served, we went to eat inside. The foods were delicious, especially Diane’s macaroni tuna (which was the only dish I tried, as I was already full after merely one plateful of cheesy pasta).

After some time Jean, Lilian and Poh Seng arrived. Jean was the first to get thrown into the water by us:

Followed by Lilian:

Too bad Poh Seng jumped into the pool voluntarily while we were chasing him.

Most of us wiping our faces:

We were playing with Gabby’s beach-ball, and it was aimed especially at Hooi Sann’s head (Algae in the blue, for she was the only one wearing green). We all went quite crazy that night.
